I feel so honored!

One of my faves, Funny Postpartum Lady, sent me an award.

So you’ll get to learn a little more about me because there are rules that come with this award.

Here’s what they are:

Each person must post 11 things about themselves.
Answer the 11 questions the person giving the award has set for you.
Create 11 questions for the people you will be giving the award to.

Here are my 11 facts:

I love, love, love the color lime green.
I started this blog one night on a whim. Bought my domain name and never looked back.
I can count my really close friends on one hand. They know who they are.
I’m a master multi-tasker. Okay, I’ve not taken a test but I’m pretty good!
I believe everything in life relates back to a Friends episode.
I put lotion on my feet every single night. I have a thing about dry feet.
I love accessories. Hats, scarves, jewelry, shoes…it’s all good!
I am rarely without a camera. I always have a point and shoot in my purse.
When I get upset or mad, I clean.
I’ll forgive but I won’t forget.
I always give my all and then some.

3. Do you have pets? If so, what kind and what are their names? One cat. He’s deaf so he has many names.

4. If you could be a guy for a day, what would you want to do? Whatever I want!

6. What is your favorite TV Show? Parenthood

7. Is there something you want to say to someone anonymously? If so, say it here. Bad seeds always come back to haunt. Be watchful of how you treat people.

8. Why do you blog? To be me. To write. To grow.

9. How long have you been blogging? 6 months

10. If you and I could hang out, what would you want to do? Dinner and drinks

11. What did you want to be when you grew up as a kid? A mom.

Yay!

I know I’m a newbie but I love when someone randomly stops by to leave me an award. I’m all about the little things in life. This made my day. I received a message on my Facebook page that Momfia Tees nominated me.

I’ve found that most of the people I’ve met since I started blogging have been sweet, understanding, helpful and more than willing to help. I say most because if everyone I ever encountered helped I’d never meet new people!

Here are the ~~rules~~ guidelines but if you aren’t up for the challenge it’s no big deal to me. Accept your award and go about your business. If you like to play the game then by all means let’s get started!!

The Liebster Blog Award is given to upcoming bloggers who have less than 200 followers. The Meaning; Liebster is German and means sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing and welcome.

11 things about me:

I could be mistaken for having OCD when it comes to cleanliness.
I’m newly addicted to iced coffee. It’s my drink of choice first thing in the morning. LOVE IT.
If I see something that comes in lime green… it. must. be. mine.
Not a big ice cream fan but love drumsticks.
I have super hearing. Hubs calls it my superpower.
I went to a Metallica concert at 8 months pregnant and it as awesome as the previous 4 times!
My doctor said I’m one of the top 5 worst pregnant people of her 30 year career. Woo hoo.
I have two angel babies waiting for me in Heaven.
My husband & I started dating, got engaged and were married on the same date (different years).
We moved our wedding up an entire year on a whim and got married on a Thursday to keep the same date.
I love dragonflies.
My favorite number is 12 so I’m breaking the rule and giving 12 random facts about me!

I recently received a comment from Jillian over at Hi, It’s Jilly on this 5 Minute Friday post. She passed me an award for my blogger awesomeness!

I’m not surprised…I mean I am pretty amazing and this little blog is slowly becoming a huge deal.

Okay, okay seriously. I’m only kidding! I was super surprised and have never seen such a thing. I think it’s cute, fun and since lime green is my all time favorite color. Did you see the Versatile Blogger button and my #1 random thing? I decided I’m all about this right now.

What a sweet gesture from a brand new follower. I am humbled for sure.
